We collect account details you provide, including name, email, account type, company details, profile information, verification status, and support or contact messages. We also store jobs, Painboard posts, comments, requests, messages, applications, saved items, and other content you choose to create.

We may collect essential device, session, security, and operational logs needed to protect and run the service.

We use information to create and secure accounts, operate RateBoard features, connect people around jobs and needs, process subscriptions, deliver notifications, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.

Published jobs, Painboard posts, public comments, and profiles you choose to publish may be publicly visible. Unpublished profile information, private requests, accepted-request conversations, account settings, billing records, and private messages are limited to relevant users and authorized RateBoard administrators.

Free accounts can create, edit, and upload profile information. Publishing or unpublishing a freelancer profile publicly is available only while an eligible Pro subscription is active. You remain responsible for keeping published details accurate and for removing information you do not want public.

We use contracted hosting, database, email, security, analytics, and payment providers to operate the service. Payment card data is handled by the payment provider; RateBoard stores necessary provider references and subscription records.

We use reasonable safeguards including access controls and password hashing, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

We retain information as needed to provide the service, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. You may update eligible information and request access, correction, or deletion by contacting hello@rateboard.in. Certain records may be retained where legally required or necessary for security.

RateBoard is intended for people aged 18 or older. We may update this policy as the service or applicable requirements change and will communicate material changes appropriately. Privacy questions can be sent through our Contact page or to hello@rateboard.in.
