Plans and billing cadence
RateBoard offers Free, Focus, and Scale account plans. Focus is INR 199 monthly or INR 1,990 yearly. Scale is INR 499 monthly or INR 4,990 yearly. Yearly pricing includes the equivalent of two months free. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
The selected plan can support both freelancer and company activity; its published usage limits apply across that account.
Renewals
Paid subscriptions renew automatically on the monthly or yearly anniversary shown at checkout unless cancelled before renewal. Provider authorization, payment status, invoice references, and renewal history are recorded for billing support.
Cancellation
You can request cancellation from the billing area. Cancellation prevents the next renewal and normally keeps paid access active until the current paid period ends. After expiry, the account returns to Free limits and Pro-only public profile publishing is no longer available.
Refunds and failed payments
Charges are generally non-refundable once a paid period begins, except where required by law, charged in error, duplicated, or otherwise expressly approved by RateBoard. Contact us promptly with your account email and provider payment reference. Do not send complete card or banking credentials.
If a renewal fails, access may enter a grace period or return to Free limits. Retrying payment does not create a guarantee of uninterrupted paid features.
Usage limits
Free includes 3 applications or interest requests and 3 company job posts monthly. Focus includes 20 applications or interest requests, 10 job posts, and 10 direct freelancer requests monthly. Scale includes 50 applications or interest requests, 30 job posts, and 30 direct freelancer requests monthly.
Allowances reset monthly and do not roll over. Current limits shown inside the product and checkout control if they differ because of a future announced change.
